Central Missouri Jennies golf team stands third after opening day at Tulsa Cup

The Central Missouri Jennies golf team is in third place after the first day of the Tulsa Cup, which took place at Forest Ridge Golf Club in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The team finished Monday with a combined score of 19-over 595 across two rounds, recording scores of 304 and 291.

Rogers State leads the tournament with a total score of 7-over 583, followed by Arkansas Tech at 8-over 584.

Individually, Mia Rallo is ranked fifth nationally and finished the day at three over par with rounds of 76 and 71 for a total score of 147, placing her in eleventh. Freshman Ansley Giesselmann is tied for fourteenth at five over par (149), while Libby Green sits tied for eighteenth at six over (150). Senior Kiki Bruner is tied for twentieth at seven over (151), and freshman Hannah Mottert is tied for thirty-fifth at ten over (154).

Competing as an individual, Madolyn Kost shot consecutive rounds of 71 to finish two under par with a total score of 142, tying her for third place overall.

The Jennies will conclude their fall season on Tuesday, October 28, continuing play at Forest Ridge Golf Club.
