Western Missouri Medical Center receives recertification for joint replacement programs

Western Missouri Medical Center (WMMC) in Warrensburg, Missouri, has received recertification for its Total Hip, Knee, and Shoulder Replacement programs. The process included a virtual review of the hip and knee program and an on-site assessment of the shoulder replacement program. The evaluation examined WMMC’s staff, processes, and overall program structure.

The hospital’s joint replacement programs offer comprehensive care before, during, and after surgery. Recertification indicates continued compliance with national standards for quality in orthopedic procedures.
