Central Missouri Jennies win Grace Shin Invitational; Mia Rallo claims individual title

The Central Missouri Jennies golf team secured first place at the Grace Shin Invitational held in Edmond, Oklahoma. The team, ranked No. 13 nationally, finished with a combined score of 580 after rounds of 284 and 296, ending the tournament at 12-over par. Arkansas Tech placed second with a score of 583, while Central Oklahoma took third at 586.

Senior Mia Rallo led the Jennies by earning her second individual title of the season. Rallo shot one under par in the final round to finish six under par overall with scores of 66 and 70 for a total of 136. Saya Schweitzer from Missouri Western finished second with a score of 141 for one under par. Scarlet Sturch from Central Oklahoma and Clara Peake from Northwest Missouri State tied for third at even par with scores of 142.

Other Jennies golfers also contributed to the team's performance. Madolyn Kost tied for 18th place with a total score of 147 after shooting a second-round 75. Freshman Ansley Giesselmann tied for 22nd with a two-round total of 148, while senior Kiki Bruner tied for 31st at 152 after a final-round score of 79. Libby Green tied for 37th with scores of 77 and 76 for an overall total of 153.

Addison Davis competed as an individual and finished in 24th place with rounds of 72 and 77, totaling seven over par.

The Jennies are scheduled to host the Midwest Classic from October 13 to October 14 at Mules National Golf Club in Warrensburg, Missouri.
