Central Missouri Jennies softball has been recognized for academic achievement by the National Fastpitch Coaches' Association (NFCA). Fourteen student-athletes from the team were named Easton/NFCA Division II All-America Scholar-Athletes. The Jennies also earned a Top 10 GPA award, with their 3.8 team GPA ranking third among NCAA Division II institutions.

The individual honorees are Lexi Blackmon, Bailey Brumley, Marisa Johnson, Laney Killpack, Anna Lee Kulka, Emma McCall, Breanna Newton, Jadyn Sheffield, Morgan Shields, Andi Siebeneck, Teelie Super, Taylor Thompson, Brooke Weimer, and Carly Youngblood.

Auburn University at Montgomery led Division II with a 3.882 GPA. American International College was second at 3.811. Southwest Baptist and Kentucky State rounded out the top five with GPAs of 3.778 and 3.766 respectively.

According to the NFCA announcement on August 7 in Louisville, Kentucky: "The rankings and honors recognize the academic prowess of softball teams across the Association's membership categories." The NFCA reported that NCAA Division III had the highest number of student-athletes earning a 3.5 grade-point average or higher for the 2024-25 season with 2,565 athletes achieving this mark. NCAA Division I followed with 2,544 and NCAA Division II had 2,179 student-athletes meeting this standard. Junior colleges and NAIA institutions reported totals of 895 and 1,010 respectively.

Team GPAs and scholar-athlete nominations are submitted by head coaches who are members of the association.
