University of Central Missouri athlete Parker Wormek will compete in the 2025 Toyota United States Track & Field (USATF) Outdoor Championships at Hayward Field, located on the University of Oregon campus in Eugene, Oregon. The event is scheduled for Saturday, August 2.
Wormek qualified for the men's 110-meter hurdles after recording a time of 13.57 seconds during the preliminaries at the 2025 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships. He will enter his redshirt senior season with the Mules in 2025-26.
The first round of the 110m hurdles is set to begin at approximately 2:14 p.m. CT (12:14 p.m. PT) on Saturday. The top 24 athletes from this round will advance to the semifinals, which are planned for Sunday, August 3, at 2:55 p.m. CT (12:55 p.m. PT). From there, nine semifinalists will move on to compete in the final round later that day at 4:54 p.m. CT (2:54 p.m. PT).
The championships will be broadcast live on NBC both Saturday and Sunday starting at 2 p.m. CT.
Wormek is from Camdenton, Missouri, and recently earned First Team All-America honors by finishing fourth in the men's 110m hurdles at the NCAA-II Outdoor Championships held May 22-24 in Pueblo, Colorado.
