University of Central Missouri Jennies Golf's Mia Rallo has qualified for the 2025 U.S. Women's Amateur Golf Tournament. The qualification came after she tied for third place at the U.S. Women's Amateur Qualifying Tournament on July 10 at Walnut Grove Country Club in Dayton, Ohio.
Rallo, from Wentzville, Missouri, is the first golfer in UCM program history to secure a spot in this prestigious tournament. Entering her senior season at UCM, she scored an 18-hole, 1-under par 71 and succeeded in a playoff hole to earn her place.
In the previous season, Rallo contributed significantly to the Jennies' achievements, including their first NCAA-II Central Regional Championship and a National Runners-Up finish. Her performance also helped secure UCM's third consecutive MIAA Women's Golf Championship. She maintained a team-best stroke average of 73.3 over 30 rounds and achieved nine top-10 finishes.
Rallo received WGCA Second Team All-America honors and was named MIAA Women's Golfer of the Year while also earning First Team All-MIAA and WGCA All-Central Region accolades.
Other qualifiers from the Dayton tournament included Ellie Yeazell (Cincinnati, Ohio), Eileen Park (Canada), and Emily Holzopfel (Rayland, Ohio). The upcoming 2025 U.S. Women's Amateur will take place from August 4-10 at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Bandon, Oregon with a field of 156 competitors.
