On Monday, March 24, former Nevada High School standout Clara Swearingen’s current collegiate team the Pittsburg State Gorillas won 66-55 against the Lubbock Christian Lady Chaps in the NCAA Division II Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse, this was the first game against the Lubbock Christian Lady Chaps during the championship.

Clara Swearingen’s hometown is Nevada and game position is guard.
