Bothwell Regional Health Center is set to host a series of open houses for its new and renovated clinics on Wednesday, March 26. The event aims to introduce the community to the services available at each location, with opportunities to meet providers and tour updated clinic spaces. The Sedalia Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors will conduct ribbon-cutting ceremonies at each site.

The first open house begins at 3:30 pm at Bothwell Specialty Services located at 3131 Brianna Blvd. This building was acquired from Dr. Elmer Van Dyke in July 2024 and now houses Dermatology and Neurology specialties.

At 4:15 pm, the second open house will take place at Bothwell Family Medicine Associates (BFMA) on the first floor of the Healing Arts Center at 3700 W. 10th St. BFMA is noted as Bothwell’s largest family medicine clinic and hosts the Bothwell-University of Missouri Rural Family Medicine Residency program. The clinic has been renovated to include additional exam rooms, X-ray, and lab services.

The final open house is scheduled for 5 pm at Bothwell OB/GYN Associates located at 3401 W. 10th St. This free-standing clinic has been renovated to provide a comfortable environment for women’s health care, where light refreshments will be served.

“This event is a great chance for our community to see the improvements we’ve made at several of our clinics to enhance access to specialty, family and women’s health care,” said Marvin Smoot, Bothwell’s Clinic Operations vice president. “We look forward to welcoming visitors, introducing them to our providers and showcasing the services we offer that support the health of our community.”
