Tiffin home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Tiffin rose by $56,500 while total sales decreased by 22.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $258,500 - a 28% increase over the $202,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Tiffin in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Tiffin for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,427, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
