University Heights home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in University Heights fell by $108,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,000 - a 33.8% decrease over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in University Heights in May 2019.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,236, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
