Lone Tree home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Lone Tree fell by $82,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,500 - a 35.3% decrease over the $232,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lone Tree in September 2018.
