North Liberty home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in North Liberty fell by $5,100 while total sales increased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,900 - a 2.6% decrease over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in North Liberty in October 2018.

The median sales tax in North Liberty for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,066, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for October 2019.
