University Heights home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in University Heights fell by $83,750 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 24.7% decrease over the $338,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in University Heights in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,236, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
