North Liberty home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in North Liberty rose by $2,050 while total sales increased by 2.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 135 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 1% increase over the $197,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 132 homes sold in North Liberty in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in North Liberty for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,066, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
