Lone Tree home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Lone Tree fell by $5,300 while total sales remained unchanged with 10 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,500 - a 3.4% decrease over the $155,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Lone Tree in the third quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Lone Tree for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,094, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
