Lone Tree home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Lone Tree rose by $66,000 while total sales decreased by 76.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,000 - a 76.7% increase over the $86,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Lone Tree in the fourth quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Lone Tree for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,094, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2017.
