Lone Tree home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Lone Tree rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,500 - a 7.3% increase over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lone Tree in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Lone Tree for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,094, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
