North Liberty home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in North Liberty fell by $1,250 while total sales remained unchanged with 132 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 132 homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,950 - a 0.6% decrease over the $199,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 132 homes sold in North Liberty in the third quarter of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in North Liberty for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,066, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
