University Heights home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in University Heights fell by $21,300 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,200 - a 8.1% decrease over the $263,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in University Heights in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,236, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
