Iowa City home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Iowa City rose by $4,900 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $389,900 - a 1.3% increase over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Iowa City in March 2016.
