North Liberty home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in North Liberty fell by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 25.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,500 - a 6.6% decrease over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in North Liberty in March 2016.

The median sales tax in North Liberty for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,066, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for March 2017.
