North Liberty home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in North Liberty fell by $26,500 while total sales decreased by 13.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,000 - a 13.3% decrease over the $199,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in North Liberty in May 2016.

The median sales tax in North Liberty for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,066, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for May 2017.
