North Liberty home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in North Liberty fell by $9,900 while total sales decreased by 18.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 94 homes sold, with a median sale price of $206,000 - a 4.6% decrease over the $215,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 115 homes sold in North Liberty in June 2016.

The median sales tax in North Liberty for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,066, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
