University Heights home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in University Heights rose by $33,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 15.2% increase over the $217,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in University Heights in July 2016.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,236, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
