University Heights home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in University Heights fell by $103,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 45.2% decrease over the $228,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in University Heights in August 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,236, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
