Iowa City home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Iowa City fell by $140,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,500 - a 33.1% decrease over the $422,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Iowa City in November 2016.
