North Liberty home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in North Liberty rose by $10,001 while total sales decreased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 5.4% increase over the $184,999 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in North Liberty in November 2016.
