Iowa City home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Iowa City rose by $25,100 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 6.4% increase over the $389,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Iowa City in March 2017.
