University Heights home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in University Heights rose by $36,050 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,000 - a 14.7% increase over the $245,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in University Heights in May 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,236, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
