Lone Tree home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Lone Tree rose by $55,900 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,900 - a 45.8% increase over the $122,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Lone Tree in June 2017.

The median sales tax in Lone Tree for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,094, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for June 2018.
