North Liberty home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in North Liberty rose by $26,000 while total sales increased by 10.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 14.9% increase over the $174,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in North Liberty in October 2017.

The median sales tax in North Liberty for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,066, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
