North Liberty home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in North Liberty rose by $52,500 while total sales decreased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $218,500 - a 31.6% increase over the $166,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in North Liberty in February 2018.

The median sales tax in North Liberty for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,066, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
