Tiffin home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Tiffin fell by $51,900 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,000 - a 28.8% decrease over the $179,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Tiffin in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Tiffin for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,427, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
