University Heights home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in University Heights rose by $38,000 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 13.5% increase over the $282,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in University Heights in May 2018, as well.
