North Liberty home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in North Liberty fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 51.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 2.5% decrease over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in North Liberty in May 2018.

The median sales tax in North Liberty for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,066, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
