North Liberty home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in North Liberty fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 23.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 2.2% decrease over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in North Liberty in June 2018.

The median sales tax in North Liberty for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,066, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
