The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Coralville fell by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 8.2%.

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Iowa City rose by $13,500 while total sales decreased by 25%.

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Tiffin fell by $47,900 while total sales decreased by 64.7%.

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in University Heights rose by $135,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold.

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in North Liberty fell by $3,450 while total sales decreased by 6%.
