University Heights home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in University Heights fell by $500 while total sales decreased by 18.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $284,500 - a 0.2% decrease over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in University Heights in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,236, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
