University Heights home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in University Heights rose by $57,400 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $324,900 - a 21.5% increase over the $267,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in University Heights in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,236, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
