University Heights home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in University Heights rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,500 - a 3.9% increase over the $253,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in University Heights in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,236, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
