Hills home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Hills rose by $44,800 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,500 - a 34.3% increase over the $130,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hills in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,194, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
