North Liberty home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in North Liberty fell by $14,000 while total sales increased by 29.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,000 - a 7.8% decrease over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in North Liberty in February 2017.

The median sales tax in North Liberty for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,066, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
