North Liberty home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in North Liberty rose by $27,000 while total sales decreased by 28.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 15.6% increase over the $173,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in North Liberty in May 2017.

The median sales tax in North Liberty for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,066, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
