University Heights home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in University Heights rose by $90,000 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 36% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in University Heights in July 2017.
