University Heights home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in University Heights fell by $406,750 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $243,250 - a 62.6% decrease over the $650,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in University Heights in December 2017.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,236, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for December 2018.
