Lone Tree home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Lone Tree rose by $51,000 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,500 - a 36.3% increase over the $140,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lone Tree in April 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Lone Tree for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,094, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
