Western Missouri Medical Center (WMMC) has received its first Great Place To Work Certification, based on feedback from its employees. According to the results, 75% of WMMC staff indicated that the organization is a great place to work.

Great Place To Work is recognized globally for evaluating workplace culture and employee experience. The certification process relies entirely on real-time feedback from employees about their company’s environment.

Certification is earned based on real-time employee feedback regarding company culture. WMMC has met the criteria to receive this recognition.”
