Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) has initiated its 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) survey, which is available online for community members until May 31, 2025. The CHNA survey is a significant tool that aids GVMH in identifying the most urgent health needs of the communities it serves. It provides residents with a platform to express their views on local health issues, access to care, and necessary services for enhancing overall health and well-being.
"Community input is essential to shaping our healthcare programs and services," stated Rachel Boyles, Chief Ancillary Officer at GVMH. "The CHNA helps us connect research, resources, and people to ensure we are aligning our efforts with the true needs of our community."
The CHNA process involves collecting data and personal insights through surveys, interviews, and contributions from public health leaders, healthcare professionals, and community partners. The findings will assist GVMH in formulating an implementation strategy to address the identified needs by launching new initiatives or improving existing programs.
Residents within the GVMH service area are encouraged to complete the survey by May 31, 2025. Participation can be done via this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/JXF8KYB.
