Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) announced an agreement with Novus LifeCare to transition its Home Services business. This move aims to enhance personalized home care in West Central Missouri. Novus LifeCare, based in Kansas City, MO, will expand services in Henry, Benton, and St. Clair Counties, building on GVMH's established foundation.
Craig Thompson, CEO of GVMH, stated, "We are always looking for ways to better serve our patients, employees and communities. By transitioning our Home Services to Novus LifeCare, we ensure continued access to compassionate, expert care while expanding the support available to caregivers and families. We are confident this will benefit our region well into the future."
Staff from GVMH Home Services were offered positions with Novus LifeCare, which has set up an office in Clinton to ensure a smooth transition. The transaction is set to complete by June 30, 2025.
