Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) has announced the promotion of Eric Curnutte to the position of Director of Therapy Services. This appointment recognizes Curnutte's leadership abilities, expertise, and dedication to patient care.

In his new role, Curnutte will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of Therapy Services, which include strategic planning, operational management, and financial oversight. Additionally, he will contribute to policy development and process optimization aimed at improving patient outcomes and the quality of rehabilitative care at GVMH.

“Eric’s passion for excellence and his dedication to both his patients and colleagues truly set him apart,” stated Taylor Elwell, Executive Director of Therapy and Specialty Services at GVMH. “His extensive background in occupational therapy, exceptional leadership abilities and commitment to innovation make him the ideal leader to drive our therapy services forward.”

Curnutte brings extensive clinical knowledge and specialized expertise to his new role. He completed a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Occupational Therapy at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Additionally, he holds a Certificate of Advanced Practice in Hand and Upper Quarter Rehabilitation from Drexel University’s College of Nursing and Health Professions in Philadelphia, PA.

With a proven record of delivering patient-centered care and achieving operational success, Curnutte is expected to lead GVMH’s therapy services to further success, maintaining high standards of rehabilitation for the community.
